MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Marlboro County authorities have charged three people in connection with a drug-related homicide following an incident that occurred in McColl.
Taylor Guinn is being charged with fentanyl-induced homicide while Tony Ward and Casie Cummings are charged with being accessories after the fact. All three are being held at the Marlboro County Detention Center pending bond heargins.
Marlboro County Chief Deputy Larry Turner said Guinn provided fentanyl or a fentanyl-like substance to a person who collapsed and died shortly after ingesting it.
The victim's name was not immediately known.
