Kansas City routed the Washington Commanders 28-7 on Monday Night Football to close out Week 8.

Patrick Mahomes and Co. didn't start well, as the star QB and Marcus Mariota exchanged some awkward interceptions that weren't necessarily their fault.

Washington managed to keep it close in the first half despite some turnovers on downs, but eventually couldn't keep up with Kansas City in the second.
