With Halloween almost here, local sheriff’s offices are offering advice and safety tips to keep your trick-or-treater safe this year. Trick-or-Treaters are usually out in the neighborhoods from around 5 until 9 p.m. on Halloween night, although the times are not regulated.

Costumes: Need to be made of flame-resistant fabric and should be brightly colored or trimmed with reflective tape to make them visible to vehicles at night.
