This morning will be fairly calm and dry, as more clouds have increased in the overnight. In return, this is providing a somewhat milder start out-the-door. Expect more clouds than sun at sunrise, as temperatures hover in the lower 50s and upper 40s locally.
This afternoon will bring a healthy amount of cloud cover with some sunshine working in from time to time, as temperatures steadily and slowly climb back up to seasonal levels at 60° in downtown. The added breeze could bring a chill when it's cloudier, but overall, an average late October day is expected. Rain chances remain very low. Anything that falls will be light and widely, widely scattered statewide.
