CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Charleston Police are releasing details about a home invasion downtown that resulted in both suspects being injured.
Keon Taye Haynes, 26, of Charleston and Christopher Lorenzo Connor, 21, of Charleston were both arrested after they were found wounded inside a home, according to police.
Haynes is charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon, assault and battery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree.
Connor is charged with armed robbery, assault and battery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree and possession of a weapon while committing a violent crime.
Officers say these charges are the result of a Sunday occurrence in which police responded to a report of a shooting that happened inside a home on South Enston Avenue.
