A Pittsburgh Penguins fan is in critical condition after falling from the upper concourse to the lower bowl in a horrific accident at PPG Paints Arena during Monday night’s game against the St. Louis Blues.
During the third period of Monday’s game, the Pittsburgh Penguins confirmed reports that a man fell from the upper concourse to the lower bowl and was quickly treated by emergency workers. The man was taken to a local hospital and is in critical condition.
There were no updates on his condition.
