According to the latest data from the Central Pollution Control Board, the air quality level in the city has improved since Sunday. On Monday too, the city's air quality index was recorded at 36. Therefore, weather experts have said that the air in Navi Mumbai is currently clean and healthy, and the citizens of the city have breathed a sigh of relief.

The city's air quality has been in the 'moderate' to 'poor' category for the past few weeks. Between October 19 and 21, the city's air quality index averaged between 170 and 190.
