ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Dundee man has been indicted for the fourth time on child sex abuse charges, as announced by the Yates County District Attorney's Office.

On October 15, 2025, 49-year-old Ronald Chilson of Dundee was indicted for predatory sexual assault against a child. According to authorities, the victim was a child under 13 years old.

If Chilson is found guilty, he is expected to be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.

Chilson's first indictment was in July 2024, when he was indicted on two counts of first-degree sex abuse, first and second-degree criminal sexual act, and second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
