Two teenagers have been arrested after a man was attacked outside a high street McDonald’s.
Police and paramedics were called to St George’s Street, Canterbury, following reports of a disturbance at about 4.30pm on Monday.
A man in his 30s was found with head injuries and was taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for treatment.
A police spokesperson confirmed: “Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 14 and from the local area, were arrested a short while later on suspicion of assault and have been bailed while inquiries continue.”
A spokesperson for the ambulance service added: “A crew attended the scene and assessed and treated one person for injuries, including to their head.”
