ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - With barely a week before Atlanta’s municipal elections on Nov. 4, a forum was held Monday night for several of the city’s critical races.

The forum was co-hosted by The Poised Peaches, an interest group of Alpha Kappa Sorority and seven other community partners, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (Atlanta and Suburban Alumnae chapters), the League of Women Voters of Atlanta-Fulton County, the Concerned Black Clergy of Metropolitan Atlanta, NCNW Greater Atlanta Section, the ACLU of Georgia and the Communities for Justice.

The forum was held Monday at Cascade United Methodist Church.
