FARGO — Another feud has turned fatal in Fargo, this time taking the life of a father-to-be, police said during a Tuesday, Oct. 28, press conference.

Nadin Khoury, 28, died after he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the stairwell of a south Fargo apartment complex Monday night, according to Capt. Matt Christensen.

Officers were called to a report of the shooting in the 2700 block of 41st Street South at 9:27 p.m.

"A bystander was providing aid to the victim, and officers took over life-saving measures when they arrived on scene," Christensen said.

Fire department and ambulance crews took over the life-saving attempts once the scene was deemed safe, and Khoury was transported to the hospital. He was pronounced dead at 10:15 p.m., according to Christensen.
