EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — On Christmas Day 2011, Dan Couture went to Landmark Medical Center for a recurring pain in his shoulder that kept getting worse.

He soon found out that he was suffering what's known as a "widowmaker" heart attack, but fortunately, a team of doctors at the hospital was able to save his life.

In this edition of 12 Health, Couture shares his story along with Dr. Walid Saber, the chief of cardiology at Landmark Medical Center. Dr. Saber also discusses the warning signs of a heart attack.

Later in the show, they're joined by Universe Juice founder Lisa Brunetti, who's now helping Couture reunite with those who saved his life.
