PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Union Station Brewery and Providence Coal Fired Pizza will soon join the Heritage Restaurant Group's ever-expanding portfolio.
The Heritage Restaurant Group, also referred to as Audrain Hospitality, announced last week that it has acquired Crisp Restaurant Group, which owns Union Station Brewery and Providence Coal Fired Pizza's two locations in the capital city and North Kingstown.
The announcement came just days after the Heritage Restaurant Group acquired Scales & Shells in Newport.
The Heritage Restaurant Group described its acquisition of the restaurants as a "strategic expansion into the Providence market."
