RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Recreation Commission (RCRC) is celebrating the spooky season with a series of Halloween-themed and Trunk or Treat events, giving families across the Midlands plenty of opportunities for safe and festive fun.

Events will take place at multiple RCRC parks and community centers across the county, featuring candy giveaways, themed activities, and more.

The festivities will continue through November 1 , when the season wraps up with a haunted hayride at Bluff Road Park.

Bluff Road Park – Trick or Treat Drive-Thru : 148 Carswell Drive, Columbia | October 29, 6–8 p.m.

RCRC Admin Office – Trunk or Treat : 7473 Parklane Road, Columbia | October 29, 4–6:30 p.m.
