MADISON (WKOW) -- Police arrested a man who broke into an auto dealership for the second time this month.
Officers were called to the business on Stoughton Road near East Washington Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
An alarm company was alerted to glass breaking and there was someone visible on a camera inside the business, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.
Police say they found Matthew Fogleson inside the business. They arrested him for burglary, resisting, misdemeanor bail jumping and felony bail jumping.
Fogleson is accused of breaking into the same dealership on October 6. At that time, police said Fogleson was carrying a sledgehammer.
