Andrew Zemke, 29, was charged on Tuesday with two counts of second-degree burglary, first-degree property damage, and the misdemeanor charge of unlawfully gaining entry into motor vehicles, according to court records.

The suspect was not successful in stealing the gun, according to the probable cause statement.
