The Humane Society of Louisiana has declared Nov. 8th, "Be Kind to Animals Day" to raise awareness and encourage kindness to our furry friends.

All you have to do is share photos or videos of yourself helping an animal in need for a chance to win a prize. Advertisement

Participants can take a picture or video of a kind act such as removing a turtle from traffic, putting up bird feeders, spaying a neighborhood cat, adopting a pet, rescuing an animal from abuse or rehabilitating an injured animal.

These images or videos should be shared on the Humane Society of Louisiana's social media page or TikTok page to be entered into the prize draw.
