This morning it is cool, cloudy, windy, and wet with temperatures in the 50s.
NEXT 24 HOURS: Plan for a dreary afternoon with consistent clouds, windy conditions and rain at times as an upper-level low passes by. Temperatures will remain in the low 50s all day, and wind gusts could reach between 15 and 30mph.
After the rain moves out on Thursday morning, colder and drier air settles in. The clouds will linger through Thursday afternoon, and then we will clear out just in time for Halloween morning.
FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY FRIDAY: We have declared a First Alert Weather Day for Halloween morning for the risk of frost in areas mainly north of Interstate 20.
Temperatures north of I-20 will be tumbling into the mid-30s.
