PHOENIX – A large law enforcement presence disrupted traffic on Interstate 17 in north Phoenix on Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was the lead agency during the incident at the northbound I-17 Dove Valley Road exit, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The exit ramp was closed while the scene was active, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
