INDIANAPOLIS – Jonathan Taylor’s prolific pace hasn’t gone unnoticed.
The Indianapolis Colts’ feature back has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month.
Of course he has.
In four October games, Taylor rushed for 436 yards and recorded nine touchdowns on 66 attempts (6.6 per rush) and added 93 yards and one TD on 12 receptions. He’s been on a tear of late with three touchdowns in each of the wins over Las Vegas, Arizona, the Los Angeles Chargers and the Tennessee Titans.
It’s the third time in his career Taylor has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Month He was honored in October and November during a season that saw him lead the NFL in rushing with a franchise-record 1,811 yards and 18 rushing TDs, as well as total yards from scrimmage (2,171).
