MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- There are tons of Halloween-themed bars and restaurants in the city.

Lillie's Victorian Establishment has two locations in Manhattan that are fully decked out with spooky decorations, and to top it all off, they have some scary bites and cocktails as well.
