Two projects that were approved on a Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission meeting consent agenda earlier this month are likely to be up for Council approval in mid-November.

The board approved a consent agenda at its Oct. 15 meeting, 6-0, that included both a rezoning and preliminary development plan for a medical building and a preliminary plat approval and rezoning to build five homes together in south Chandler.

The two items were approved on a consent agenda that also included two code amendments meant to incorporate recently passed state laws.
