HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - After cooler-than-average temperatures persisted last week, this week gradually returns to normal in the low 60s and surpasses normal by midweek.
DISCUSSION:
For the first full week of November, temperatures will start slightly cooler than average, in the mid to upper 50s. Normally, Eastern Kentucky experiences temperatures in the low 60s during this time of year. Along with these chilly temperatures, partly cloudy skies will begin the day, but the cloud cover will dissipate, leaving mostly clear skies by sunset.
By Tuesday, normal temperatures will return, ranging from the low to mid-60s. The forecast indicates mostly sunny skies with no rain in sight.
