Police said they have identified a suspect in a hit-and-run in Waterbury that killed a 74-year-old man .
The man was struck in the 800 block of Wolcott Street around 10:19 p.m. on Oct. 22, police said.

He was transported to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries and died on Oct. 23, according to police.
They said they have identified a 24-year-old Waterbury man as the suspect.
The Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating and police ask anyone who has information to call investigators at (203) 346-3975 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (203) 755-1234.
