CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A 32-year-old Marion County woman pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting first-degree robbery in an incident where law enforcement said one of the victims was shot.
Sierra Huff said she aided Cody Hinerman, 28, of Fairmont, and Justin Newbrough, 25, of Mannington, in stealing cell phones.
Hinerman is awaiting trial on two counts of first-degree robbery, one count of possession of firearm by a prohibited person, one count use or presentation of a firearm during a felony, one count wanton endangerment of a firearm, and one count malicious assault. Hinerman is alleged to have shot one of the victims in the leg, requiring surgery.
