MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) - A Vermont Christian school plans to challenge the state’s sweeping education overhaul, saying it excludes religious schools from public funding.

Mid Vermont Christian in Quechee says the state’s new education reform law excludes them from town tuition funding and other public benefits.

They want to argue the case in front of a judge.
