OLMSTED FALLS, Ohio -- Olmsted Falls has a new mayor.
Former Olmsted Falls Fire Chief and current Ward 3 Councilman Chad Gluss defeated Olmsted Falls Board of Education member Holly Neumann by a vote of 1,283 to 1,036 in the mayoral race, according to final, unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
“Thank you to the residents of Olmsted Falls for believing in me and trusting in me,” Gluss said.
“Now, it’s time to get to work.”
Neumann added, “The Neumann campaign was very proud of their efforts and grateful for their supporters.”
The City Council election included a council-at-large race featuring four candidates vying for three two-year-term seats.
Winners include incumbent Megan Coy (1,185 votes), Jennifer Jansen (1,068 votes) and Garry Thompson (1,043 votes)
