We are giving you the FIRST ALERT to a quiet evening, and a cooler Thursday.
My goodness, we had another beautiful Wednesday throughout Eastern Kentucky.
Despite seeing a little wind, highs were in the upper 60s and even low to mid 70s.
We will stay mainly clear this evening with overnight lows hovering around 40.
Then we get into the typical Eastern Kentucky pattern where the weather is all over the place.
One out of a series of fronts will swing through, dropping the temperatures back down to the upper 50s and low 60s for Thursday.
Then we go back into the upper 60s and low 70s for Friday before another front swings through Saturday.
Friday and Saturday, we need to keep an eye on. Rain chances will start to pick up Friday.
