A new café bringing a 'taste of Denmark' with 'Scandi-style' sandwiches and juices is set to open in Cambridge. Joe & The Juice is opening on Friday, November 14, near Cambridge railway station.
It will be the third branch in the East of England, and its 86th in the UK. The first 50 customers through the door will be treated to a complimentary fresh juice, according to a spokesperson.
The menu will include sandwiches made fresh to order on rye flatbread, as well as fresh salads, iced matcha drinks, protein shakes, and juices. The store will also offer a Christmas sandwich, the 'Joe Ho Ho', which is a twist on the Boxing Day turkey sandwich.
