A stolen van was found burnt-out along a Cambridgeshire road. Cambridgeshire Police received reports on Saturday, November 1, at around 8.40am that there was a burnt-out van along a road between Isleham and Prickwillow.

Officers identified the chassis number of the van and found it had been stolen from Peterborough last month. Officers continue to investigate the incident.

A police spokesperson said: “We recently received a call reporting a burnt-out van between Isleham and Prickwillow.

"Despite it being burnt, we were able to identify it from the chassis number and found that it had been stolen from Peterborough last month. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.”
