ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is alerting pedestrians and cyclists to an upcoming closure of a pedestrian path. The pedestrian path closure over the Dunn Memorial Bridge starts on Monday, November 10, at 6 a.m.
The Dunn Memorial Bridge pedestrian path, connecting Albany to Rensselaer, will remain closed through 7 p.m. on December 1 for maintenance. DOT officials said construction is weather-dependent and subject to change.
Pedestrians and cyclists can use the Capital Region Transportation Authority's (CDTA) 114 bus route and build extra time into their schedules in case of traffic delays. The 114 bus route stops at the Albany terminal and the Joseph L. Bruno Train Station in Rensselaer.
