YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Fans of the hit Netflix series 'Stranger Things' will be taken back to Hawkins, Indiana, this weekend at one local theater.

Musical parody 'Stranger Sings' was written by Jonathan Hogue and opens Friday for a three-week run at the Youngstown Playhouse. It's being presented by the Valley's own Millennial Theater Company.

The show is described as a hilarious take on 'Stranger Things' and features all of the characters from the popular series, such as Mike, Eleven, Lucas, Dustin, and the whole Hawkins gang, including Barb Holland. It features all local actors and singers.

It follows season one of the series, but pays homage to other seasons as well.
