BURLINGTON, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - After the recent FAA announcement regarding shutdown flight cuts, officials Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport say they don't know of any direct impacts on flights.

"At this time, we do not know of, if any, direct impact this may have on flights to and from Burlington," Leahy BTV officials wrote.

The Federal Aviation Administration announced Wednesday it would reduce air traffic by 10% across “high-volume” markets to maintain travel safety as air traffic controllers go unpaid and exhibit signs of strain during the shutdown, the Associated Press reports.
