ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta News First questioned management at a fast-food restaurant with a failing health score in Clayton County this week.

Martin’s on Jonesboro Road in Morrow failed with 61 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says there was a black mold-like substance inside the ice machine, an employee at the register prepared food without washing their hands and a sausage patty, beef tenderloin and cheese were at unsafe temperatures.

The manager on duty told us that we needed to speak with the store owner. He told us they made the necessary improvements and are now in good standing. The violations didn’t seem to concern one customer that we spoke with at Martin’s.
