OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The Omaha Tribe said in a statement Thursday that the State of Nebraska has no say in how the tribe goes about selling medical cannabis — even when selling to people who aren’t members of their tribe.
“The people of Nebraska and the Omaha Tribe deserve decisions grounded in the actual law, not partisan or personal crusades,” the tribe says in the statement sent by John Cartier , attorney general for the Omaha Tribe , which has a reservation in Macy, Neb.
