Carroll volleyball has already been to the top of the mountain, winning the 2024 Class 4A state title with a 3-0 win over Yorktown.
The No. 1 Chargers haven't stumbled on their way back to the summit, winning their first 36 matches of the season and dropping just four sets on their way back to the state finals, where they will face Plainfield (29-5) on Saturday night.
