A mum says her 14-year-old daughter has been left "traumatised" after she was brutally attacked outside her school. ‌

The woman, who did not want to be named, said the teenager was walking home from school when she was punched and kicked by a group of other youngsters. ‌

The girl has now been left afraid to go back to school following the attack, which involved five girls and two boys, according to the family, reports LeedsLive. ‌

The shocking footage on October 16 shows teenagers viciously punching the girl to the ground. She is then punched and kicked in the head. The attack happened outside the Cockburn John Charles Academy in Belle Isle, Leeds.
