A heartbroken family have paid tribute to a 'loving' grandmother with a 'warm smile' who tragically died after being hit by a car in Oldbury.
Carol Knowles was seriously injured in the collision in Wolverhampton Road on October 29.
The 62-year-old - described as a "loyal friend to many" - was rushed to to Queen Elizabeth Hospital , where she later died.

In an emotional statement released through West Midlands Police , Carol’s family said: “Our lives have been changed forever.
"Carol was the brightest part of our world. She was known for her warm smile, her positive spirit, and her ability to bring happiness wherever she went.
