KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - The Harker Heights High School says the Associate Director of Bands, Mr. Tyler Claycomb, is “no longer employed by Killeen ISD” after an investigation of allegations regarding inappropriate communication with a student.
On Monday, the school notified families of students in the band program that Mr. Claycomb had been placed on administrative leave following the allegations.
Since Monday, the district says the Killeen ISD Police Department investigated and found evidence of inappropriate photos on Mr. Claycomb’s phone.
The district says the images appear to include school-aged individuals.
Killeen ISD says law enforcement officers will contact parents if it’s determined their child is involved.
Mr. Claycomb has since resigned and is no longer employed by Killeen
