PHILADELPHIA —
Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro announced benefits are being distributed to Pennsylvanians who have not received them but should have during the shutdown.

Shapiro was joined by Pennsylvania's Department of Human Services Secretary Dr. Val Arkoosh.
Shapiro began his press conference referencing the lawsuit against the Trump administration and an emergency declaration made to get more food out to communities . According to Shapiro, donations of $2 million has already been made to a fund.
Shapiro's said SNAP benefits are being processed for those who have not gotten their benefits this past week.
