LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Morgan & Morgan is suing UPS, GE and Boeing on behalf of people and businesses affected by Tuesday’s deadly UPS cargo plane crash.
The law firm filed a class action complaint on Wednesday, Nov. 6, demanding a jury trial.
The plaintiffs named in the complaint include a person whose home was located nearby the blast and who suffered injuries, a nearby business and local companies that “sustained significant economic damages.”
