Sault Ste. Marie Police Service laid break and enter charges Thursday night after officers received a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Lake Street.

Police located the accused inside a fenced property belonging to a business and made an arrest.

Joseph Bernardi, 43, is charged with intent to commit an indictable offence. Bernardi was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 29.
