HILO (HawaiiNewsNow) - Firefighters are battling a wildfire near Mauna Kea.

The initial alarm came in just before 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Mauna Kea and Mana roads.

Mana Road is closed from Mauna Kea Access Road as crews battle the blaze.

Officials say no homes are in danger at this time.
