MAIL DELIVERY: Mail will not be delivered Tuesday.

FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: Most banks, savings and loans and credit unions will be closed Tuesday, including in-store branches.

STORES: Most will be open.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Riverside Transit Agency, Dial-A-Ride, Omnitrans, Foothill Transit and Metrolink will operate on normal schedules on Tuesday. Riverside Transit Agency, Dial-A-Ride, CommuterLink and Omnitrans offer free rides on their fixed-route service for those who show their military ID or veteran’s card.

LIBRARIES: Will be closed Tuesday.
