WESTERLY — The Westerly police and Westerly-Pawcatuck Veterans' Board of Control have announced that because of the rain, the annual Veterans Day parade scheduled for 9:30 today downtown has been called off, but that the ceremony will take place at 10:30 at the Westerly Armory as planned.
