Battlefords RCMP say they're looking for the occupants of a dark-green Jeep Wrangler, after a shooting on Mosquito, Grizzly Bear's Head, Lean Man First Nation Wednesday night that left at least one person injured.

Police say they're looking to confirm the well-being of the people in the vehicle, one of whom they believe may also have been injured in the shooting.

RCMP say they received a report around 7 p.m. Wednesday of a shooting in the First Nation, about 30 kilomtres south of North Battleford.

They determined that a dispute between a male in the parking lot of a community facility and someone in a green Jeep led to a person in the vehicle firing a gun, which injured the other person.
