A car has crashed into a house in Fife, on the east coast of Scotland.

Emergency services are at the scene in Woodlands Bank, Dalgety Bay, where a grey Nissan has been left in the property's front garden after veering off the road this afternoon.

The front window of the house has been badly damaged, with broken bricks and cracks visible on the building. Police have cordoned off the area while firefighters manage the ongoing incident.

It is not yet known if anyone has been injured.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed to the Daily Record that crews are on site. Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
