Two fire appliances, police, ambulance, and the charity air ambulance are at the scene of the collision on the Boleran Road between Coleraine, Garvagh and Limavady.

The road has been closed to traffic, with specialist rescue teams working at the scene.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: “Road users are advised that the Boleran Road in Limavady is shut due to a serious road traffic collision.

Officers are in attendance and local diversions are in place.”
