(WJET/WFXP)- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after they said an unknown man threw two dogs out of his car along a Mercer County road.
PSP Mercer said they were called about dogs on October 18 with the driver of a tan SUV being seen stopping in the 1500 block of Methodist Road in Salem Township and tossing two dogs out the window.
Police said one of the dogs was described as a mid-size brown and white dog while the other ran off before police could get a description.
The driver allgedly fled south on Methodist Road after throwing the dogs out and is described as a man in his 50s-60s and bald.
