A Vancouver man accused of threatening a demonstrator and rear-ending a vehicle near an Oct. 18 No Kings protest has been found competent to stand trial.
Jason Miller, 29, entered not-guilty pleas Monday to harassment, driving under the influence and reckless driving. His trial is set to begin Dec. 1 in Clark County Superior Court.
A judge had previously ordered a mental health evaluation of Miller.
According to a news release from the city of Vancouver, Miller was driving west in the 15300 block of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard when he rear-ended another vehicle. The impact pushed the vehicle onto a section of the sidewalk.
